He was helpful throughout the process, taking time to explain everything and check that it was exactly what we wanted. Clear and fast communication all the way through, Terry visited and helped work through different options and was very helpful and able to answer our questions. He provided easy to understand quotes for different options that we were able to pick from. Arrived when he said he would and the quality of his work was brilliant. Tidied up after himself and left the house clean when he was finished, which was within the time frame he set out beforehand. “Terry is a skilled carpenter who takes utmost pride in his work. He came to visit twice to talk through everything in detail and provide a quote ahead of being awarded the job, which was to fit 18 new fire rated doors in a 3-story town house as part of an overall refurbishment. Terry explained the process at length, things to watch out for, where improvements could me made etc. He did a fantastic job with the doors, was punctual every day, very respectful of the fact we were also working from home at the time and tidied up every day. I highly recommend him for any sort of carpentry work.”
